What are ear seeds?
Ear seeds are adhesive seeds from the natural vaccaria plant - the seeds are placed on specific acupressure points on the ear to address specific symptoms and areas of the physical + emotional body. The holistic treatment is called auriculotherapy. I trained and am proud to use NAO Wellness’ Ear Seed Kits in my practice and offer a choice of Swarovski Crystal, Silver Stainless Steel or 24K Gold (or a combo!) to align with your personal style.

Auriculotherapy, with its origins in Traditional Chinese Medicine, is a treatment modality used for thousands of years. Auriculotherapy is also known as ear reflexology, the concept that the outer ear is a map of the body.

How do they work?

The strategically placed ear seeds stimulate specific points on the ear to promote relaxation and balance. Like my other offerings - Reiki, Breath + Meditation - ear seeds support your body’s own innate ability to heal.

  • Option II: Ear seeding is an optional add-on to my 1:1 Reiki or Breath + Meditation sessions, this is an excellent way to further support your energy as you integrate the healing from your session in the days following.
